About the Author

Eileen Telford decided to be an author and an artist when she was five years old. She sat on the floor of the county library, she said aloud that when she grew up, she wanted to write and illustrate books that children loved. She kept that promise and more. She writes for both children and grownups and has also drawn and published coloring books for adults. She enjoyed a career as a Registered Nurse and wrote as she was able during that time. She writes full time. Many of her short stories and novels relate to her experiences as a nurse, such as The Doctor and the Rose, and the Stilettos and Scrubs series. She lives in St. George, Utah with her husband.
